Hours & Information

The Ben Johnson Cowboy Museum welcomes you to Pawhuska, Oklahoma, heart of Osage County and home of the world’s greatest cowboys and cowgirls.
As you walk through the museum, you may notice that everything in the museum has ties to Osage County. Osage County is one of the most unique places in the good ol’ USA, as we are a melting pot of cowboys, western heritage, the boom of the oil era, and home of the Osage Nation.
The Ben Johnson Cowboy Museum is open and ready for visitors!! You won't believe how much work the BJCM staff has put into remodeling and making this place bigger and better than ever before! Come see our New Gift Shop and newly added Western Art Gallery. Not to mention our new exhibits to the museum!! Precautions will still be taken to ensure our visitors as well as staff safety. Please come see us and get a taste of why Ben Johnson loved to call this place home!
